Joe and Lori Santoro created Santini Developments from a passion to build, to take ideas from concept to unbelievable reality. Santini Developments is a boutique home builder that builds custom infill homes, completes renovations, and creates legal suites in the Edmonton Area.
Our specialty is creating distinctive homes with European charm and carefully designed spaces that respond to the demands of modern work, life, and play. From design and construction to marketing and sales, we pride ourselves on delivering our customers the very best in quality, and the very best in value. We have a unique and fresh perspective of homebuilding, and that is why we prefer to concentrate on only a select few developments each year in contrast to other developers. We build each home as if it was our own.
For our infill projects we strive to build new homes that look and feel like they belong in the neighbourhood. We attempt to create new homes with charm and style that bring joy to both the homeowner and the surrounding neighbours.
In our renovations, we do our best to build upon the charm and character of the home while providing an improved living space that makes sense of the homeowner’s needs and wants.
Many home buyers prefer the extra financial support that comes from having a legal suite onsite. Santini works closely with homeowners to create a dollar maximizing space within the current living area or in the newly built infill.
